All Credit Card Transactions have a service fee of 1.97% or $1.00, whichever is greater. Electronic Check transactions are not assessed a service fee.

If you would like to make a split payment across multiple payment accounts, please visit a Payment Center.

You can make a payment at any of our Payment centers.

Will I be able to make an online payment if I live outside of the United States?

Provided you have a credit card with a billing address within the United States with a valid U.S. zip code, you will be able to pay online.

Can I make a payment with a debit card?

Debit cards with a credit card logo like Visa or MasterCard are accepted. You will not be prompted to enter your PIN.

What does it mean if I receive the following notification when attempting to pay, "The Payment Failed."?

This message may mean that the card information entered does not match information on the credit card, or that the credit card company declined the charge. For help, please contact the customer support number on your credit card.

What should I do if the website is not working?
